We build custom homes from the ground up, on the lot you choose. Bring your own plans or your architect's, or we'll design a floor plan with you that fits how you live and the land it sits on.
We'll show you 2-D plans and 3-D models first, so you can walk through the house before we pour a footing. That's where the costly mistakes get caught. And there's no builder-grade package. You pick every finish.

Fix the rest.
Sometimes the house is in the right spot but needs a lot of work. Remodeling a whole house can be harder than building new, because we have to work with the walls, framing, and systems that are already there.
So we plan carefully up front. We measure the house, model it in 3-D, and rework the floor plan to get the most out of the space. You'll see what it'll look like, and what any change does, before demo day. Getting it right early saves you time and money.

We'll take the time to design a kitchen that's easier to use, safer, and has more storage. A lot of our kitchen jobs open the kitchen up to the breakfast room or living room. If the wall is load-bearing, we put in a beam that hides in the ceiling.
From a big primary bath to a half bath under the stairs, a good bathroom comes down to smart planning and making every inch count. We'll help with the layout, help you choose materials and finishes, and build it, from tile showers to freestanding tubs.

An addition changes the footprint of your home, and often how it looks from the street. A new primary suite, a bigger living room, a covered back porch, or a new entry should all look like they were always part of the house.
We design around your roofline, framing, and materials. We handle the permits and inspections, and we tie the new space into your electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.

before we build it.
Good planning makes or breaks a project. We measure your home, draw it up in CAD, and redesign the space, with 3-D drawings so you can see it and change it before construction.
A home theater, a wine cellar, a walk-in gun vault, a home gym, a game room. Rooms like these need some extra planning for wiring, insulation, storage, and finishes, and they're some of our favorite jobs. Design usually has its own agreement, separate from construction. If you're outside our building area, you can still hire us for design only.
