ABOUT US
A local builder.
A personal touch.
We're a family-run builder in Perry, Georgia: a father-and-son team, John and his dad Dave. We build custom homes and remodel houses, and we sweat the details.
INSPIRATIONMIDDLE GEORGIA, SINCE 2019
Local builders.
Personal attention.
John Corson and his dad, Dave, started Corson Construction & Design together in 2019.
We design and build, so the people who plan your project are the people who build it. That means fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, and a home that matches the plan.
We work with homeowners in Perry, Warner Robins, Macon, and nearby towns, and we can help with design even if you're farther out.

Built on the things
that matter.
We plan ahead.
Good design and a clear estimate up front save you time and money later.
We keep it straight.
Everything in writing, regular updates, and no surprises at the end.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Nice to
meet you.
When you work with Corson, you work directly with John and Dave. No middlemen, just the two of us.
